Validation of a return of weapons request

After indicating that the weapons are out of stock (WOS indicator), the Police Officer role will validate the return of weapons request.

Click on Return of weapons request menu in the Harbor Master’s Office section:

The list of the return of weapons request is present, click on the corresponding code request:

You can consult the detail of the return of weapons request, click on Validate status on the right of the screen:

A modal will open, click on Validate button:

You are is redirected to the validation form:

There are two fields in the validation form:

• Date of return * : Pre-filed by the information of the request by the shipping agent with “Proposed date of return”. Picker field type. Can be edited.

• Comment : Optional and open text field type. The Police Officer can indicate a meeting place.

After completing, he can click on Validate button:

 You can see the detail of Validated status.

On the Return of Weapons Request menu, on the line of the corresponding request, the Validated status has turned green.

On the stopover detail page, the ROW status changed from blue to green.
