Inform on Handler exit agreement
Once the stevedore has confirmed receipt of a container (UAL indicator), automatically HEA (Handler Exit Agreement) status is validated and turns green for this unit.
Go to the CargoUnit detail page, click on Tracking stored cargounits menu in the Terminal Park section.

The list of every CargoUnits in the terminal is displayed, enter the stopover code and do a quick search. You can see on the table that the HEA (Handler Exit Agreement) statut is green. Click on the CargoUnit code.

You can consult the CargoUnit information, on the right side, automatically the HEA status has changed to green after the UAL (Unit Landed Ashore) status was achieved by a stevedore.

Lock the exit agreement by the handler
Once the stevedore has confirmed receipt of the containers (UAL indicator), the handler can request that a container be blocked due to non-payment.
Go to the CargoUnit detail page, click on Tracking stored cargounits menu in the Terminal Park section.

The list of CargoUnits displays, enter the stopover code and do a quick search. You can see on the table that the HEA (Handler Exit Agreement) statut is green. Click on the CargoUnit code.

You can consult the CargoUnit information, on the right side, click on the HEA status.

Click on Handler’s exit agreement button.

Click on Cancel button.

The HEA status has changed from green to orange.

Your container is locked. This means that even after clearing customs (GTR status) and creating your transport order, your goods will be blocked. This is indicated by the GET (Good to Exit Terminal) status, which appears in orange.

You can then release the container by doing the reversed actions and turning back on the HEA status.
