Create Good Manual Clearance (GMC indicator) represents the Bill of entry, you will need to enter your ASYCUDA declaration number and attach this declaration document.
You must have previously obtained validation and exit authorization from ASYCUDA.
Create Goods Manual Clearance (GMC)
To create Goods Manual Clearance (GMC), click on “Folders” menu in the Import section.
The list of folders created by the connected customs broker is displayed. Please click on the corresponding folder number (RCA).
You can review information about the folder, access the Customs formalities section, select "Good Manual Clearance" tab:
Click on +Add button:

List of Bundles, you can delete by using the trash icon or add more by +Add button.

In this section you can attach documents. Click on +Add, join an agreement already validated by Asycuda.

To finalize, completed this mandatory section, click on +Add :

In the declaration number, you should enter the ASYCUDA Bill of Entry number
After completing all the form, click on Validate.
The Goods Manual Clearance (GMC) is created, and the formality will be directly validated. Your goods are cleared through customs and can leave the terminal.
On the bundle detail, the validation of the customs allows the GTR (Good To Remove) indicator to turn green which indicates that the goods are cleared from customs.
