Clearance of empty containers by agent

Go to the CargoUnit detail page, click on Unloading operations menu in the Import section.

A list of stopover displays, click on the Difference report button associated.

You can consult the Difference report. There is an extra empty cargo announced, click on + Complete data for empty CargoUnits button.

In the Type of completion field, select “New BL”.

The BL form displays, complete the mandatory fields in the BL section:

• BL number

• Gross weight

• Port of loading

• Volume

• Net weight

In the Third-party section complete information about the Sender and the Consignee : Name, Address, Postal code, City and Country

After, complete the BL items with the mandatory fields:

• Packaging

• Goods Description

Click on Confirm button.

You are redirected in the Difference report screen, the actions of the empty extra cargo is updated by icon Accepted and Completed, then click on the link of the cargo unit.

Clearance for empties

You can consult the information of the container, click on CCF status on the right of the screen.

Click on Create Folder.

This is the folder creation form, click on Validate button.

Then, complete the Customs formalities section about the Discharge request for an empty container, click on +Add.

On the Clearance request (empty containers) form, complete the both mandatory fields: Weight (kg) and Reason for request. After, click on Validate button.
