When a vessel arrives in port Victoria, you have to declare it with its date of arrival. You also have to give the captain’s name.

It is imperative to declare the arrival of the vessel so that stevedore can carry out unloading operations.

After the validation of the berth request, the operator can announce the arrival of the vessel.

To announce the arrival, click on “Stopovers” menu in the Harbor Master’s office section:

A list of all stopovers within the specified date range is presented. To view the detailed information for a specific stopover, click on the appropriate code in the first column of the table.

You can access details regarding the stopover arrival by clicking on the “Arrival” status located on the right side of the screen.

A modal will appear then, click on Declare vessel arrival.

You will be directed to the vessel arrival declaration form. Here, you will find the following fields for input:

Date of arrival declaration*

Vessel arrival date and time.

Position*

Choose the quays and/or bollards.

Captain name*

Name of the vessel’s captain

Click on Confirm arrival.

And you will be automatically redirected to the details page of the corresponding stopover. On this page, you will notice the Arrival status transitioning from grey to green, signifying the vessel's successful arrival.

The arrival of vessel is confirmed.
