Validation of a collect of weapons request

Click on Collect of weapons request menu in the Harbor Master’s Office section:

The list of the collect of weapons request is presented, click on the corresponding code request:

You can consult the detail of the collect of weapons request. If. you click on the Download icon, you can have the Declaration of Ammunition in PDF format:

To validate the collect request, click on Validated status on the right of the screen:

A modal will open, click on Validate button:

You are redirected to the validation form.

There are two fields in the validation form:

• Date of collect * : Pre-filed by the information of the request by the shipping agent with “Proposed date of collect”. Picker field type. Can be edited.

• Comment : Optional and open text field type. The Police Officer can indicate the meeting place.

After completing, click on Validate button:

If you click on Validated status, you can consult the detail.

On the Collect of Weapons Request menu, on the line of the corresponding request, the Validated status has turned green.

On the stopover detail page, when the shipping agent will consult the screen, the COW status changed from blue to green.
