Manifest (Export)

A manifest is a transport document listing the goods contained in the ship.

The manifest contains commercial information regarding the goods, such as the name of the shipper and consignee, marks and numbers, number and type of packages, quantity, and description of goods.

A scheduled manifest is an initial declaration for all logistics operators and local customs offices concerning the goods contained in the vessel. The scheduled manifest will be transformed into a final manifest once the vessel has been loaded by the stevedores of the stopover.

A definitive manifest is a final declaration for all logistics operators and local customs offices concerning the goods contained in the vessel. This action is completed after confirmation from the stevedore of the stopover. Once generated, it cannot be modified.
