In order to clear exported goods, it is mandatory to create a freight forwarder folder.
The folder will contain a list of cargo units to be cleared, as well as a set of customs formalities related to customs clearance.
The customs clearance folder will be approved once all the goods have been cleared.
Once approved, goods will be available for pick-up at the terminal.
Different ways can be used to create a customs clearance folder:
(Archives) Creating or updating a customs clearance folder from the "Folders" menu
Creating or updating a customs clearance folder from the detail of CargoUnit
When your folder is created, if you don’t have any feedback from the Customs, you can ask for a GMC : https://4sh-toolkit.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/PVMIS/pages/188646024/Customs+clearance+Export#Ask-for-a-BMS.
Otherwise, if your folder is accepted by the Customs, the GTR (Good To Remove), and GTL (Good To Load) statuses will be automatically validated and will be displayed in green.
