Ask for a Customs clearance |
In order to clear exported goods, it is mandatory to create a freight forwarder folder.
The folder will contain a list of cargo units to be cleared, as well as a set of customs formalities related to customs clearance.
The customs clearance folder will be approved once all the goods have been cleared.
Once approved, goods will be available for pick-up at the terminal.
Different ways can be used to create a customs clearance folder:

(Archives) Creating or updating a customs clearance folder from the "Folders" menu

(Archives) Creating or updating a customs clearance from the Basket

Creating or updating a customs clearance folder from the detail of CargoUnit
When your folder is created, if you don’t have any feedback from the Customs, you can ask for a GMC : (Archives) Customs clearance (Export).
Otherwise, if your folder is accepted by the Customs, the GTR (Good To Remove), and GTL (Good To Load) statuses will be automatically validated and will be displayed in green.
